Ok sorry, Ive searched all forums and I cant seem to get any help with my issue, so if this has been discussed I apologize.
The problem is the EDU fuse blows after 5 minutes of either driving or idling very randomly. Usually I replaced the fuse and the truck starts right up. But last night on the way home the fuse blew, and after 15 fuses would not start. So I towed to my uncle shop, who is diesel mechanic and this morning after checking a few things like, chaffed wire and the Injector Diversion module, its started rite back up. He cant seem to find the problem. The local duramax dealer told him that if the module was bad it would have continued to blow the fuse. The weird thing is that it only happens in the first 5 minutes always in the same spot. I could use any insight. I am a electrical technician for a local helicopter company, so If anyone has a schematic for a LB7 that would help or any thought would aslo help. Thanks. By the way I just replaced wheel bearing, NSBU, and transfer case (pump rub) last week. This truck is killing my bank account.
