has a Facebook page, just google smokin diesel performace. if i ever need a built trans i was going to get it done there, heard lots of good things and is about an 1 1/2hrs from where i live..plus they built (or helped build) the truck that troy wakeman pulls

Any update on trans, hows it holding up?

 

Still going strong! Haven't had one single issue with it. I've pulled in one truck pull and towed many trailers including a 24 hr trip to Idaho pulling a 32ft. gooseneck through the mountains.

 

I expect you got one of them that Mike Bodine built. Not sure who does them now.

 

Yeah not sure. I know that he doesn't personally build them there. He was having a GM certified mechanic build them last I knew I don't know about now.

My boss runs one as well and one of my buddies just recently got one too. My boss's truck is putting down like 605hp and 1300ft/lbs. Runs 12.3s at the track.

He's probably had his for about 2 years now

 

Just got my truck back for trans build, while there they installed my turbo, egr delete, uppipe, driverside manifold.

Have to say great people, so far like the way it shifts. Come back later for more feedback
